DR. MOHIT SHARMA

Dr. Mohit Sharma is a skilled and experienced orthopaedic, joint and spine surgeon with a track record of delivering high-quality results for all his patients. He is presently practising as an orthopaedic, joint and spine consultant at Divyakriti Clinic, Kirti Nagar. He also practises at Avantika Multi-Speciality Hospital, Rohini and Artemis Hospital, Gurugram. He has 7+ years of experience and has performed numerous surgeries.

After completing his M.S. Orthopaedics from NKPSIMS, Nagpur, he worked as a Senior Resident for 3 years at the esteemed Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital and Medical College, New Delhi. He has a vast experience in Joint Replacement (Arthroplasty) and has worked with Dr. Ashok Rajgopal, an internationally renowned surgeon in replacement surgeries. He later went on to pursue Fellowship in Spine and Spinal Deformities at the Centre for Spine Surgery and Scoliosis, Artemis Hospital, Gurugram, where he is currently working as an Attending Consultant.

His special interests include spine and spinal deformities, hip and knee replacement and treating complex trauma and infected and non-united fractures. He has performed 1000+ surgeries in trauma and complex trauma. He has been proficiently trained in performing endoscopic spine surgeries with Dr. Malcolm Pestonji, a reputed endoscopic spine surgeon from Mumbai. He has perfomed more than 100 endoscopic surgeries for slipped disc (sciatica) under local anaesthesia.

He is a life member of the Indian Orthopaedic Association, Delhi Orthopaedic Association and Association of Spine Surgeons of India. Besides clinical work, he has great interest in academics and research. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed articles in national and international journals. He has also been an invited speaker and has presented his work at numerous national and international orthopaedic conferences.
